I’ve been using Bovada for a while and the odds are usually solid on the stuff I bet, mostly NFL and NBA. They’ve got a good amount of markets too, with plenty of props and even some smaller leagues which is nice. Not always the absolute best lines out there, but they’re usually close enough that I don’t mind. Givin it 4 stars.

I reached out to support about an issue I was having, and the whole process was frustrating. The replies took way too long, I had to follow up more than once, and even then I never really got a clear answer. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation would be fair for the time wasted and the hassle.

My experience was straightforward, the deposits went through quickly and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops. I was expecting it to take longer, mostly because I’d just dealt with a slow payment thing somewhere else, and it had me a little annoyed. Anyway, this part was easy and worked like it should.

When I signed up and deposited money to bet, Bovada’s withdrawal procedure included the ability to receive a check by courier or wire transfer to cash out winnings. The site FAQ’s to this day show those as options. However, when I tried to cash out this week, I was advised that the only way to do it was via a crypto transfer or by selling/transfering my balance to other Bovada players (at a discount). So if you are not crypto literate beware. It requires establishing a crypto “wallet” and an “exchange” to finally get the money to a bank account with each step taking a piece of the action. In addition, their customer service (chat only) is LESS than adequate. I recommend driving to Las Vegas instead!

I gave this casino a try because a buddy of mine had mentioned it, but the games all started to feel limited and kind of the same after a while. I also had a few weird runs that made me question how fair things were, so I ended up backing out and stopped playing there.

I’ve been playing poker here mostly in the evenings, and the traffic is good. I can usually find cash games or sit n gos without sitting around forever, which is nice. That said, the tables can be hit or miss, really hit or miss sometimes, depending on the night.
The games are decent overall, not super soft but not insanely tough either. My main complaint is the software lag. It’s not constant, but it happens enough to be annoying, and yeah, the lag is annoying. If they cleaned that up a bit, I’d probably give it 5 stars, but for now it’s a 4 for me.

Overall, the payments feel trustworthy to me. I’ve used it a few times, usually while checking stuff on my phone with coffee in hand, and nothing weird has happened. Withdrawals do take a bit longer than I’d like, though, so I wouldn’t expect the money to show up right away

The promos looks nice at first, but once I actually try them, they didn’t feel that great. Bonuses got worse over time and the loyalty points don’t really do much now, so it kinda feels pointless.

Overall, the site does what it needs to do, so I can’t complain too much. I just kind of regret using it on my phone sometimes because the mobile pages can be slow to load and feel a bit clunky. It’s okay, but I wish it felt more polished on mobile.

I thought the bonus was decent overall, and the wagering terms felt fair compared to a lot of others I’ve seen. It wasn’t anything over the top, but the value was solid and easy enough to understand. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a simple bonus without too much hassle

I had a good experience with the live betting. The odds updated quickly, and it worked well on my phone without freezing or lagging. The only thing I didn’t love was that a few changes happened so fast it was a little hard to keep up at times. But overall, placing bets was easy, and cashing out went through without any issues.

The site itself works well and I haven’t had many issues using it. That said, the withdrawals have been way slower than I expected, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really explain what was going on. I do like the overall setup, so I’d probably have a much better experience if the payout process was faster and clearer

I had my account for a little while, then as soon as I started using it more, they asked me to verify again. I sent the photos and info they wanted, but it felt like way more effort than it needed to be, especially since the replies were slow and not very clear.

After that, parts of my account got restricted, so I couldn’t really do much while they were reviewing everything. I was basically stuck waiting around with no real timeline, which was frustrating.
The site itself isn’t terrible, but the whole verification process was a hassle. Support did respond eventually, but I still had to keep chasing things and figuring out what they actually needed.
